These Terms govern your use of Retouch Reality, an interactive reader application owned and operated by Song Spark LLC. By creating an account or using the application, you agree to these Terms and the Retouch Reality Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Retouch Reality.
Authentication and certain cloud services are provided through Base44 on behalf of Song Spark LLC. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Retouch Reality is an interactive work of fiction. The fictional application within the story, 'Retouch,' may claim to alter reality, permanently change appearance, influence memories, or perform other impossible acts. These claims are fictional narrative elements only. The real application edits digital images only.
AI-generated images may be artistic, inaccurate, or unexpected. Song Spark LLC makes no guarantee regarding any generated result.
You must have permission to upload every image. You retain ownership of your uploaded photographs and AI-generated images. Song Spark LLC claims no ownership of your images.
The application, software, branding, and interface are owned by Song Spark LLC. The story, Entries, dialogue, characters, and literary content are the intellectual property of Andrea Guillien and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Retouch Reality is a reader application. It does not sell or process purchases within the app. Users may access Entries authorized for their account. Additional Entries may be obtained through separate Song Spark LLC services governed by their own terms.
Your email address is collected only during account creation. It is used to manage your account, authenticate access, send essential account and security notices, and notify you when new Entries become available. New Entry notification emails may be disabled at any time in the application settings or by deleting your account. Essential account or legal notices may still be sent when necessary.
Do not upload pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, unlawful, or abusive images, or any image you do not own or have permission to use. Do not violate intellectual property rights, impersonate others, interfere with application security, or use the application for unlawful purposes.
Retouch Reality is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Song Spark LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the application.
Song Spark LLC may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
These Terms together with the Retouch Reality Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Song Spark LLC regarding the application.
