This Privacy Policy explains how Song Spark LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use Retouch Reality, an interactive reader application.
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. Authentication and certain cloud services are provided through Base44 on behalf of Song Spark LLC.
We use your account information to create and manage your account, authenticate your access, provide AI image editing services, respond to support requests, send important account, legal, and security notices, and provide access to authorized Entries.
Your email address is collected only during account creation. We may use it to notify you when new Entries become available. New Entry Alerts are optional and can be turned off at any time in the application Settings or by deleting your account. Even if you opt out of promotional emails, we may still send essential account, legal, and security communications when necessary.
Retouch Reality is an interactive work of fiction. Any claims within the story that the fictional application can alter reality, permanently change appearance, influence memories, or perform impossible acts are fictional narrative elements only. The real application edits digital images only.
Photos you upload are processed through Base44 services to generate AI-edited images. Song Spark LLC does not directly connect to third-party AI providers from within the application.
Uploaded images may be stored temporarily as reasonably necessary to provide editing services, maintain security, troubleshoot technical issues, or comply with legal obligations. Edited images are not intentionally retained by Song Spark LLC after processing. If you wish to keep an edited image, you should save it to your own device.
You retain ownership of the photographs you upload and the AI-generated images created from them, subject to your rights in the original photographs. Song Spark LLC claims no ownership of your uploaded or generated images.
Retouch Reality does not process purchases or collect payment card information within the application. The application provides access to Entries that are authorized for your account. Your authorized Entries remain associated with your account email.
Song Spark LLC does not intentionally collect analytics for advertising or targeted marketing within the application.
Retouch Reality is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and rely on trusted service providers, including Base44, to help protect your information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You may request deletion of your account. Deleting your account will stop future promotional emails. Certain limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or other legitimate business purposes permitted by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will include an updated effective date.
